Returns & Refunds Policy
At Earth Thanks, we are committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality products and service. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we want to ensure a smooth and stress-free returns process.
Return Policy
1. Return Acceptance Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at earth.thanks.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
The return service is free. After receiving the return label, please download, print, and attach it to the package. Ship the package within 15 days to the designated drop-off points provided by the courier service.
4. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
Refunds for Lost or Broken Items
For the very nature of our trade, we cannot accept returns of items. However, if your goods are lost or broken during shipping, you can choose either a refund or a re-dispatch of the product. Please contact us immediately and provide a picture of the item along with relevant information.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund automatically, usually within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at earth.thanks.shop@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
